PrecisionInjection MoldingSolutions

We continuously adapt our injection moulding technologies and manufacturing processes to meet the ever evolving requirements of the automotive industry.
Injection Molding
Our injection moulding machinery ranges from 40 to 1,300 tons of clamping force, enabling the production of small to large plastic components. All machines are equipped with modern safety and process control systems to ensure stable, repeatable, and high-quality serial production, including multi-component solutions.
Rotational Molding
Rotational moulding provides a cost-effective solution for producing larege, hollow plastic parts with complex geometries. This technology is particularly suitable for small to medium series where uniform wall thickness and structural integrity are required.
Component Assembly
We operate a dedicated assembly hall for the integration of injection-moulded components into complete or semi-finished products. Assembly processes range from simplemanual operations to multi-step assemblies, supporting automotive serial production and project-specific requirements.
Hot Stamping
Hot stamping is used for the durable and high-quality decorative finishing of plastic components. Our production setup includes multiple hot stamping machines, supporting consistent surface appearance and serial production requirements.
Ultrasonic Welding
Ultrasonic welding enables strong, precise and repeatable joining of plastic components, including multi-material assemblies. Our production capacity includes multiple ultrasonic welding units supporting serial automotive applications.
Pad Printing
Pad printing is applied for the decoration and marking of plastic components across a wide range of part sizes. Our in-house pad printing capacity supports serial production with consistent quality and traceability requirements.
